Jeremy Thorpe in Bradford, August 7, 2012

Typing pipesmoker ani

As part of his triumphant campaign for the Labour leadership, Jeremy Corbyn, MP, came to Bradford, where the Independent Labour Party was formed in 1893. He addressed an crowd of nearly a thousand for just over half an hour. His speech was filmed using EE’s new ActionCam.
This is the first of two 15-minute extracts on Youtube. The entire speech will be available in an edited version, including still shots, shortly on Vimeo.
We have blown up the distant image of the speaker which has created some pixillation, for which apologies. I could not get closer to the stage because of the host of media cameras directly in front.

Come back tomorrow for the rest of his speech.
